NorCal Shred was founded by Justin Adrian and Charles Brooks, we are two California State University Chico graduates who proudly live and serve in the North State.  Not only are we the owners but we are the operators as well. Charles Brooks- With a degree in Business, and an officer with Butte County Sheriff's Search and Rescue, Charles is also focused on absolute document security.  In addition, he understands and practices the responsible dedication to customer service.
